On Tuesday night, R&B singer Solána Imani Rowe(also known as SZA) and US rapper Onika Tanya Maraj-Petty (popularly known as Nicki Minaj) got into a heated argument on social media. SZA reportedly replied to the Anaconda rapper’s tirade on X, where she accused Top Dawg Entertainment’s TDE Punch of bullying, by telling people not to fall for a ruse.
SZA commented and said:
Minaj blasted SZA, calling her “ugly” and sounding like “a f**king dead frog,” after taking offense at a tweet SZA directed at her.
SZA said that Minaj’s rage doesn’t affect her. In addition, she clarified that her message wasn’t directed at any specific person in response to a fan’s comment.
Notwithstanding her explanation, Nicki Minaj persisted in disparaging SZA by claiming that she is a more accomplished artist than she is. According to her, she has performed in nations where SZA is not well-liked.
