The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has ordered all UTME candidates to re-upload their final WAEC SSCE results. The directive came on Monday, August 25, 2025, in JAMB’s weekly bulletin.

According to the Board, many candidates had uploaded incomplete O-level records before WAEC released the final results. To ensure accuracy, JAMB removed all previously submitted entries from its system.

“Some candidates who sat for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) with awaiting results uploaded incomplete WAEC records,” the Board explained. “Now, every candidate must upload the final results, whether or not they differ from the earlier entries.”

The JAMB WAEC result upload policy applies to all UTME candidates. Failure to update records on the JAMB portal may affect admission consideration for 2025.

JAMB stressed that candidates must act urgently to avoid missing out on placement opportunities. The re-upload process ensures that only verified WAEC scores are used for admission.
