The calendar for the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) elective national convention, which is set for November 15 and 16, has been made public by the NWC.
Umar Bature, the National Organising Secretary of the party, signed the schedule on Sunday in Abuja. The schedule states that the selling of nomination and expression of interest forms will start on September 3 and run through September 22, with September 26 being the deadline for returning completed forms.
Additionally, the party scheduled the screening of all applicants for September 30th, the release of approved candidates on October 2nd, and the screening appeals for October 6th.
According to the announcement, the names of the final candidates will be released on October 10.
The national convention is scheduled for November 15–16, and the handover is anticipated to occur between December 1 and December 8.
