Kwesi Appiah, the coach of Sudan, asserted that Nigeria is a good team that just requires improved coaching.

Following his team’s 4-0 victory over the Super Eagles B team in the ongoing African Nations Championship, CHAN, Appiah made this statement on Tuesday.

Abdel Raouf (2), Walieldin Khedr (1), and Leonard Ngenge (OG) scored the goals.  As a result, Eric Chelle’s team was eliminated from the competition.

Appiah has since stated that, although not by a four-goal margin, he still thought his team would win.

Kwesi Appiah assured reporters that the Nigerian team was not bad.  “They just need better coaching.”

“I wasn’t expecting that scoreline. I knew we could beat Nigeria but not [4-0].”
