Adaugo will become the fifth wife of former Aviation Minister Femi Fani-Kayode. His media advisor, Dayo Showemimo, confirmed that the former minister is currently getting married to the 29-year-old after more than two years of dating.
“Its a process he’s on,” he said.
Fani-kayode described Adaugo as “stunning” in an Instagram post that included a video of her and her friends at fashion designer Seyi Vodi’s birthday party.
He wrote, “Lady C and her friends having a wonderful time at Seyi Vodi’s 50th birthday party night. She looked stunning as usual,”
Adaugo is from Abia State and works as an interior designer. She is a Christian who attended one of the best private universities in Nigeria. She is characterized as being gentle, kind, and very respectful; she also avoids the spotlight and maintains a low profile.
The former minister has four marriages under his belt. He married Saratu Attah for the first time in 1987.
However, three years after having a daughter named Oluwafolake, the couple broke up. Fani-Kayode wed Yemisi Adeniji in 1991, but the two parted ways in 1995.
In 1997, he married Regina, a Ghanaian beauty queen, for the third time. Oluwaremilekun is the name of the daughter that the union has been blessed with.
In 2014, he then wed Precious Chikwendu. However, Precious’ allegation of domestic abuse and Fani-Kayode’s counterclaim of infidelity caused their marriage to collapse in 2020.
