The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) postponed implementing its revised service fees, shifting the commencement date to October 1, 2025.
The Commission posted the announcement in a public notice on its official X account late Saturday.
The notice said the extension was necessary to ensure full stabilisation of the new Company Registration Portal before mid-September.

It further explained that the revised fees would take effect on October 1 to ensure a smooth transition for stakeholders.
Consequently, to deliver optimum value to stakeholders, the Commission further deferred implementing revised service fees. The new service fees will now come into effect on 1st October, 2025.
CAC said the decision shows its determination to make the transition into the new service regime seamless, efficient, and beneficial.
The Commission thanked customers and stakeholders for patience, assuring commitment to building a customer-centric, intelligent Registry that meets global standards.
The Commission shifted the revised service fees, earlier scheduled to take effect, to allow system upgrades and improve customer satisfaction.
