Veteran Afrobeats star Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has shut down rumours suggesting he is broke.
Speaking during a recent episode of the +234 Mzansi Podcast, co-hosted by actor and comedian Chinedu Ani Emmanuel, also known as Nedu, the African Queen crooner addressed the speculation, affirming his financial stability.
“I’m not broke. I invested my money. I can live with or without music,” 2Baba stated confidently.
The legendary singer, widely regarded as one of the most successful and bankable artists in Nigeria and Africa, explained that he strategically reinvested his earnings into multiple ventures outside music.
2Baba is known to have interests in real estate, his record label, and the hospitality industry, all of which contribute to his long-term financial sustainability.
